# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 125: Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6))


In Article 141(7) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (merger relief: definitions), in the definition of “arrangement” in the closing words, for “Article 418 (company compromise with creditors and members)” substitute “section 899 of the Companies Act 2006 (court sanction for compromise or arrangement with creditors or members)”.
