In Article 162(1) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (financial assistance by a company for acquisition of own shares: definitions)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (b)(ii), for “Article 284” substitute “section 846 of the Companies Act 2006”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (c), for “Article 271(2)” substitute “section 829 of the Companies Act 2006”.
