# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 129: Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6))


In Article 163 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (transactions not prohibited by Article 161), in paragraph (3)(e), for “Article 418” substitute “section 899 of the Companies Act 2006”.
