# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 135: Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6))


(1) In Article 240(2) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (disclosure required in notes to accounts: emoluments and other benefits of directors etc), in the entry relating to Part 2 of Schedule 6, omit “and connected persons”.
(2) This amendment has effect in relation to financial years ending on or after 6th April 2008.
