# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 145: Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6))


In Schedule 1 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (particulars of directors to be contained in statement under Article 21), in paragraph 2(2)(a) for “Article 257AA(4)” substitute “section 481 of the Companies Act 2006”.
