# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 148: Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6))


(1) In Part 4 of Schedule 9 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (banking companies: additional disclosure of emoluments and other benefits to directors and others) paragraph 3 is amended as follows—
(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a), omit “, or who was connected with such a director”;
(b) omit sub-paragraphs (4) and (5).
(2) These amendments have effect in relation to financial years ending on or after 6th April 2008.
