# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 151: Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6))


In Part 2 of Schedule 20D of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (delivery of reports and accounts: companies not required to make disclosure under parent law)—
(a) in paragraph 9—
(i) in the opening words, for “Articles 231 to 233” substitute “Sections 390 to 392 of the Companies Act 2006”;
(ii) in paragraph (b), for “Article 233(4)” substitute “section 392(3)”;
(b) in paragraph 12(3), for “Article 233” substitute “section 392 of the Companies Act 2006”.
