# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 17: Charities Act 1993 (c.10)


For section 43(2)(a) of the Charities Act 1993 (audit of charity accounts) substitute—
“(a) is eligible for appointment as a statutory auditor under Part 42 of the Companies Act 2006;”.
