  "text": "(1) Regulation 2(1) of the European Economic Interest Grouping Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1989 (interpretation) is amended as follows.\n(2) At the appropriate place insert—\n““the Companies Acts” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Companies Act 2006; ”.\n(3) In the closing words, for “by Article 2 of the 1986 Order have the meanings assigned to them by that Article” substitute “for the purposes of the Companies Acts have the same meaning in these Regulations”.",
