Paragraph 186 Friendly Societies Act 1992 (c.40)

Schedule 13E to the Friendly Societies Act 1992^f1 (disclosures about related undertakings) is amended as follows.

In paragraphs 3(2)(a), 7(3)(a), 11(2)(a), 15(2)(a) and 18(2)(a) for “the Companies Act 1985 or the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “the Companies Act 2006”.

In paragraph 9—

(a)

in sub-paragraphs (5) and (6)(b) for “section 258 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “section 1162 of the Companies Act 2006”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (6)(a) for “section 258” substitute “section 1162”.
