Paragraph 208 Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1999 (c.20)
In section 26(2) of the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1999 (interpretation)—
(a)
after “the Companies Act 1985” insert “or the Companies Act 2006”;
(b)
for the table at the end of that subsection, substitute—
