Paragraph 218 Transport Act 2000 (c.38)

The Transport Act 2000 is amended as follows.

In section 48 (accounting provisions: interpretation), in subsections (4)(b) and (5), for “the Companies Act 1985 or the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “the Companies Act 2006”.

In section 59(5) (securities: other provisions), for “the Companies Act 1985 or the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “the Companies Act 2006”.
