In paragraph 11 of Schedule 5 to the Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations 2001 (auditors)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1), for “section 390B of the 1985 Act” substitute “section 494 of the Companies Act 2006”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (2)—

(i)

for “section 390B of the 1985 Act” substitute “section 494 of the Companies Act 2006”;

(ii)

for “section 390B(3)” substitute “section 494(4)”.
