# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 23: Audit Commission Act 1998 (c.18)


In section 31(1)(b) of the Audit Commission Act 1998 (auditors of subsidiary of Passenger Transport Executive), for “qualified for the appointment under section 25 of the Companies Act 1989” substitute “eligible for the appointment under Part 42 of the Companies Act 2006”.
