In paragraph 11 of Schedule 5 to the Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 (auditors)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1), for “Article 398B of the 1986 Order” substitute “section 494 of the Companies Act 2006”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (2)—

(i)

for “Article 398B of the 1986 Order” substitute “section 494 of the Companies Act 2006”;

(ii)

for “Article 398B(3)” substitute “section 494(4)”.
