# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 43: Fish Industry Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 (c.4) (N.I.)


In section 9(2) of the Fish Industry Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 (acquisition of shares in fish businesses), for “Article 383 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986”, substitute “section 323 of the Companies Act 2006”.
