# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 50: Civil Aviation Act 1980 (c.60)


In section 5(5) of the Civil Aviation Act 1980 (financial structure of successor company and its subsidiaries), for “the Companies Act 1985” substitute “the Companies Act 2006”.
