# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 53: Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 (S.I. 1981/226 (N.I. 6))


(1) The Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 2(2) (general interpretation), in the definition of “debenture” for “Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “Companies Act 2006”.
(3) In Article 14 (stay of enforcement in cases of insolvency), in paragraph (3)(b)(i), for “Article 418 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “section 896 of the Companies Act 2006”.
