# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 58: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


In section 43(3) of the Companies Act 1985 (re-registration of private company as public: documents to be delivered to registrar), in paragraph (b), for “section 264(2)” substitute “section 831 of the Companies Act 2006”.
