# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 62: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


In section 47(3) of the Companies Act 1985 (private company re-registering as public: certificate of re-registration), at the end insert “(see Chapter 2 of Part 20 of the Companies Act 2006)”.
