# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 64: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


In section 104(2) of the Companies Act 1985 (transfer to public company of non-cash asset: definition of “initial period”), for “section 117” substitute “section 761 of the Companies Act 2006”.
