Paragraph 65 Companies Act 1985 (c.6)

In section 126 of the Companies Act 1985 (variation of class rights: saving for court’s powers under other provisions)—

(a)

for “section 425 (court control of company compromising with members and creditors)” substitute “section 899 of the Companies Act 2006 (court sanction for compromise or arrangement with creditors or members)”;

(b)

for “section 427 (company reconstruction or amalgamation)” substitute “section 900 of that Act (powers of court to facilitate reconstruction or amalgamation)”.
