# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 69: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


In section 152(1) of the Companies Act 1985 (financial assistance by a company for acquisition of own shares: definitions)—
(a) in paragraph (b)(ii), for “section 276” substitute “section 846 of the Companies Act 2006”;
(b) in paragraph (c), for “section 263(2)” substitute “section 829 of the Companies Act 2006”.
