# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 70: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


In section 153 of the Companies Act 1985 (transactions not prohibited by section 151), in subsection (3)(e), for “section 425” substitute “section 899 of the Companies Act 2006”.
