# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 71: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


In section 162C of the Companies Act 1985 (treasury shares: voting and other rights), in subsection (3), for “meetings under section 425” substitute “meetings summoned under section 896 of the Companies Act 2006”.
