Paragraph 76 Companies Act 1985 (c.6)

In section 232(2) of the Companies Act 1985f1 (disclosure required in notes to accounts: emoluments and other benefits of directors etc), in the paragraph relating to Part 2 of Schedule 6, omit “and connected persons”.
(2)
This amendment has effect in relation to financial years ending on or after 6th April 2008.
