# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 77: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


In section 289 of the Companies Act 1985 (particulars of directors to be registered), in subsection (4)(a) for “section 249AA(3)” substitute “section 481 of the Companies Act 2006”.
