# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 78: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


In section 290(1) of the Companies Act 1985 (particulars of secretaries to be registered), after “with respect to the secretary” insert “(if any)”.
