Paragraph 79 Companies Act 1985 (c.6)

In section 351 of the Companies Act 1985 (particulars in correspondence etc), in subsection (1)(c), for “as defined in section 266” substitute “as defined for the purposes of Part 23 of the Companies Act 2006 (see section 833 of that Act)”.
