In section 701 of the Companies Act 1985f1 (oversea company’s financial year and accounting reference periods)—
(a)
in subsection (1), for “Sections 223 to 225” substitute “Sections 390 to 392 of the Companies Act 2006”;
(b)
in subsection (3), for “section 225(4)” substitute “section 392(3)”.
