# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 88: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


In Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 1985 (particulars of directors to be contained in statement under section 10), in paragraph 2(2)(a) for “section 249AA(3)” substitute “section 481 of the Companies Act 2006”.
