  "text": "(1) In Part 4 of Schedule 9 to the Companies Act 1985 (banking companies: additional disclosure of emoluments and other benefits to directors and others), paragraph 3 is amended as follows—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a), omit “or who was connected with such a director”;\n(b) omit sub-paragraphs (4) and (5).\n(2) These amendments have effect in relation to financial years ending on or after 6th April 2008.",
