# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 91: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


(1) In Part 4 of Schedule 9 to the Companies Act 1985 (banking companies: additional disclosure of emoluments and other benefits to directors and others), paragraph 3 is amended as follows—
(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a), omit “or who was connected with such a director”;
(b) omit sub-paragraphs (4) and (5).
(2) These amendments have effect in relation to financial years ending on or after 6th April 2008.
