In Part 2 of Schedule 21D to the Companies Act 1985^f1 (delivery of reports and accounts: companies not required to make disclosure under parent law)—

(a)

in paragraph 9—

(i)

in the opening words, for “Sections 223 to 225” substitute “Sections 390 to 392 of the Companies Act 2006”;

(ii)

in paragraph (b), for “section 225(4)” substitute “section 392(3)”;

(b)

in paragraph 12(3), for “section 225” substitute “section 392 of the Companies Act 2006”.
