# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 98: Gas Act 1986 (c.44)


In section 19E(1) of the Gas Act 1986, in the definition of “accounting information”, for “section 221 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “section 386 of the Companies Act 2006”.
