# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 12: Charities Act 1993 (c.10)


In section 73E of the Charities Act 1993 (court’s power to grant relief to apply to auditors etc of charities that are not companies)—
(a) in subsection (1), for “Section 727 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “Section 1157 of the Companies Act 2006”;
(b) in subsection (2)(a), for “section 727” substitute “section 1157”.
