# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 2: Companies Act 1985 (c.6)


In section 705(4) of the Companies Act 1985 (companies’ registered numbers), for “the requirement of section 351(1)(a)” substitute “any requirement imposed by regulations made under section 82 of the Companies Act 2006”.
