  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under sections 784(3), 1290 and 1294(6) of the Companies Act 2006, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nCompanies\nMade ** 2009\nComing into force 1st October 2009\nThe Treasury makes the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 784, 785, 788, 1292 and 1294 of the Companies Act 2006.\nIn accordance with section 789 of that Act, the Treasury has carried out such consultation as appeared to it to be appropriate.\nIn accordance with sections 784(3), 1290 and 1294(6) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
