  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe provisions of the Companies Act 2006 have been brought into force in stages. The Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 8, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/2860 (C. 126)) brings into force almost all the remaining provisions of the Companies Act 2006 on 1st October 2009. This Order makes consequential amendments to the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/3755), legislation for which Her Majesty’s Treasury is responsible.",
