Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under sections 473, 1290 and 1292 of the Companies Act 2006 and section 62(4) and (5) of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 396(3), 404(3), 416(4), 421(1) to (2A), 468 and 1292(1)(a) and (c) of the Companies Act 2006^f1, and sections 34(3)(a) and 62(2) of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004^f2.

In accordance with sections 473, 1290 and 1292(4) of the Companies Act 2006, and section 62(4) and (5) of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
