# The Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018, Regulation 16: Amendment of Schedule 8


In Part 2 (annual statement), after paragraph 3(a) insert—
“(aa) any discretion which has been exercised in the award of directors’ remuneration;”.
