Regulation 8 Amendment of regulation 10

In paragraph (2) of regulation 10 (directors’ report)—

(a)

for “Part 4 relates to the involvement of employees in the affairs, policy and performance of the company” substitute—

“Part 4 relates to the engagement by the company with employees, suppliers, customers and others”,

(b)

after “publicly traded companies” omit “and”,

(c)

after “emissions” insert—

“, and

Part 8 relates to the statement of corporate governance arrangements.”
