  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under sections 82(5), 1290 and 1294(6) of the Companies Act 2006 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nCOMPANIES\nMade 2008\nComing into force 1st October 2008\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 82, 84, 1292(1)(a) and 1294 of the Companies Act 2006.\nIn accordance with sections 82(5), 1290 and 1294(6) of the Companies Act 2006, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
