Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Compensation (Claims Management Services) (Amendment) Regulations 2008.

Except as provided by paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 1st July 2008.

Regulations 4 to 7 come into force on 1st August 2008.
