The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9 and 15(1) of, and the Schedule to, the Compensation Act 2006.
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 15(10) of that Act.
