  "text": "In this Part—\n“judicial officer” means—\n(a) a Judge of the High Court;\n(b) a Circuit judge; or\n(c) a justice of the peace;\n“premises” has the meaning given by section 23 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984;\n“the Tribunal” means the Claims Management Services Tribunal established by section 12 of the Act.",
