# The Compensation (Claims Management Services) Regulations 2006, Regulation 31: Definitions for this Part


In this Part—
“judicial officer” means—
(a) a Judge of the High Court;
(b) a Circuit judge; or
(c) a justice of the peace;
“premises” has the meaning given by section 23 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984;
“the Tribunal” means the Claims Management Services Tribunal established by section 12 of the Act.
