  "text": "(1) In this Chapter—\n“excluded material” has the meaning given by section 11 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984;\n“items subject to legal privilege” has the meaning given by section 10 of that Act;\n“special procedure material” has the meaning given by section 14 of that Act.\n(2) In this Chapter, a reference to an officer of the Regulator is a reference to an officer of the Regulator authorised in writing by the Regulator for the purposes of section 8(7) of, or paragraph 14(5) of the Schedule to, the Act.",
