  "text": "These Regulations may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 and other enactments (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force—\n(a) for the purposes of regulation 4 as it gives effect to paragraphs 50(a) and 54(8) of Schedule 1, on 1st May 2007; and\n(b) for all other purposes, on 1st May 2004.",
