# The Competition Act 1998 and Other Enactments (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 and other enactments (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force—
(a) for the purposes of regulation 4 as it gives effect to paragraphs 50(a) and 54(8) of Schedule 1, on 1st May 2007; and
(b) for all other purposes, on 1st May 2004.
